About KIP's language courses
KIP offers free courses in English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean with the goal of enabling local people to communicate across language barriers.
For each language, the level will be introductory to beginner level, and the courses will meet once a week for 90 minutes over a three-month course.
*Priority will be given to those who live and work in Okinawa City and those taking KIP's language courses for the first time, but depending on availability, we also accept applications from people in other cities and towns and those taking the course for the second time or later.
*Please purchase your own textbooks from commercially available materials designated by the instructor (approximately 1,000 to 2,000 yen).
